AI goes only where it actually helps: a language model reads the unstructured email, the workflow handles the structured steps behind it. What must be deterministic stays deterministic — no language model does your arithmetic.

Data protection is built in, not bolted on: workflows process only what they actually need, hosting is in Switzerland or the EU where possible, and every run is logged — compliant with Swiss data protection law (nDSG).
